Nucleus Retail Incubator tenants will be hosted in a polished shopping facility at very affordable monthly rates, which will escalate over their maximum three-year term in the incubator. Their workplace will be equipped with some fixtures including telephone and an Internet connection. They will also have access to basic office supplies and a common meeting space.
A supportive Executive Director of Nucleus Retail Incubator is available to help grow your business. The Executive Director will listen to your concerns regarding your business and the business climate, provide valuable guidance and leadership and act as your sounding board. A community of mentors specializing in accounting, business practices, and legal services can be called on at reduced rates for the purposes of reviewing your business initiatives and providing you with professional guidance.
Interested candidates are welcome to review the Nucleus Retail Incubator's Entrance Process to determine if the Nucleus Retail Incubator is a viable solution in helping grow their business. The Executive Director will be available to work with you through the application for entrance process. Once it has been established that your business meets the eligibility requirements, a completed application form with a business plan will need to be submitted for review.
