We are a non-profit retail incubator, designed to help new and developing retail businesses find a unique home in Downtown Cedar Rapids. These independent businesses will be guided throughout their first few years of retail operation, with the ultimate goal of 'leaving the nest' and continuing to grow on their own.
Nucleus Retail Incubator is located at 207 2nd Avenue SE, the former downtown home of Osco Drug. Building renovations have given this building a very urban warehouse look and feel.
