Nucleus Retail Incubator is a retail facility located on Second Avenue in downtown Cedar Rapids.
Designed specifically for supporting retail businesses, Nucleus Retail Incubator offers new and existing businesses the opportunity to develop and grow in an entrepreneurial environment with practical business supports.
Nucleus Retail Incubator tenants will be hosted in a polished shopping facility at very affordable monthly rates, which will escalate over their maximum three-year term in the incubator. Their workplace will be equipped with some fixtures including telephone and an Internet connection. They will also have access to basic office supplies and a common meeting space.
